The best explanation I have ever heard of the New York Times' editorial line throughout its history is that it's not a left-wing newspaper, or a right wing newspaper, but an *establishment* newspaper. It will always side with the establishment, meaning whoever is currently in
There is truly nobody more morally bankrupt in this world than New York Times columnists.
I Hate The New York Times, And You Should Too
The New York Times would like you to rest easy and know that the elite world outlined in the Epstein files doesn’t really exist anymore!

They’re building resorts on the graves of children and Palestinian men and women slaughtered in a genocide—for profit—and @nytimes calls it a “Glittering Plan.”
Only the @nytimes would print a headline this twisted. Bondi Beach has nothing to do with the Palestinian struggle, and to say it does is journalistic malpractice.
NYT dutifully liberal-washes Trump’s bombing of Venezuela and abduction of its leader by embracing the “captured” framework. Maduro isn’t wanted by any international or legitimate legal regime, his “fugitive” status is pure assertion by only one UN member state out of 193.
Only toward the end of this article does NYT speculate that maybe some people turned against Israel after seeing massive war crimes committed by the Israeli army rather than antisemitism. And even then it was couched in the language of those crimes being a social media conspiracy
Nothing to see here, just the New York Times actually justifying Israel’s ban on humanitarian orgs—like Doctors Without Borders and Save the Children—that provide life-saving support to Palestinians.
Who caused the “Extreme Hunger” @nytimes?
@TheGreeneBJ @SilvermanJacob NYT: Cheney was “championing tax cuts and a robust economy at home”
NYT obituary for Cheney is a crazy piece of propaganda - not a single criticism of his murderous policies, full acceptance of his alleged desire to defend the Constitution.
Spoiler: the minerals are in china and belong to China
Mondoweiss on Instagram: "More than 300 writers, scholars, and public figures are boycotting the New York Times Opinion section until three demands are met. The coalition accuses the Times of anti-Palestinian bias in its Gaza war coverage, including reprinting Israeli government claims as fact, avoiding terms like "ethnic cleansing," and maintaining staff ties to Israeli military and lobby groups. 🔗 in bio to read the full statement."
19 months of famine later ICJ makes clear the “UNRWA Hamas” lie pushed by the NYT and WSJ was total horseshit and Israel refused to provide any evidence whatsoever. But thankfully western media helped launder “Israeli intelligence” in an effort to condemn 100,000s to starvation

Remember that the New York Times started laying the groundwork for this genocide immediately after October 7
NYT keeps leaving out the most important part you need to know.
Israel is doing the Hunger Games and NYT won’t even mention them.
I don’t think there’s a court sufficient enough to try the NYT for its crimes against the Palestinians.
‘The memo also instructs reporters not to use the word Palestine “except in very rare cases”’—This NYT memo was issued in November and has been regularly updated since. It shows that despite all the criticism, they are resolutely anti-Palestinian and committed to this genocide.
this is the worst thing the NYT has published since the discredited Oct 7 rape story and that's saying something. There is no excuse for this, and in this moment, are you fucking kidding me? Shame on AIPAC stooge Bret Stephens and shame on the New York Times, beyond disgraceful
Assal Rad (@AssalRad) on X
the IDF says “jump” and the NYT says “how high and can I gargle your balls”
NO SHIT. We knew this. The NYT and other mainstream media has laundered Israeli genocide propaganda for nearly two years. Absolutely evil behavior that I hope haunts every single complicit editor and reporter for the rest of their lives.
babe wake up new doc about the NYT just dropped
NYT vs the Onion
NYT columnist Bret Stephens argues Israel has to kill more children before he'll call it genocide.
does the NYT realize what it looks like to have genocide denial in its op-ed page while there are literal pictures of genocide on the front page
